This project involved creating a time-based racetrack using a modular system. The level needed to be unique yet re-use assets where possible. The challenge was to create three fun paths (golden path, alternate path, and short cut) to be navigated within the 3 second timeframe. The project involved designing the track, creating the ambiance and environment, and ensuring timing was perfect.
MY WORK
This was a project to learn how to use the modular system and create a unique and interesting racetrack to be successfully navigated in the 3 second window provided. The requirement was to create three paths and included unique features (Hero pieces pirate ship, windmill, watermill). The pirate ship I used as a jump that allowed the racer to take a short-cut.
